Features

Sky Five impresses with its distinctive silhouette composition - five tall buildings situated on a two-story platform that unifies the architecture into a complete vision. The building facades are clean, glazed, with precise geometry and smooth terraced lines, allowing light and views to become part of the interior.

The five towers will offer premium residential spaces for those who value perfection and elevated living standards. Featuring panoramic windows, the apartments showcase stunning views of Lake Vaya, Burgas Bay, and the city skyline.

Beneath the residential towers, a thoughtfully designed space unfolds, offering everything needed for a comfortable and dynamic lifestyle. A range of amenities and services ensures that daily living becomes effortless and enjoyable.

Layout

Basement

The basement levels of the complex feature a spacious underground parking garage extending around the entire perimeter, complemented by planned storage rooms, technical areas, and dedicated bicycle storage.

Level I - Ground Floor

The ground floor is fully dedicated to service functions and commercial activities, featuring the main entrances to all five residential towers and a variety of public-use zones. Multiple parking areas, both indoor and outdoor, provide convenient direct access from street level.

Level II

The Second Floor Will also be Entirely Dedicated to Service Functions and Retail Space.

Level III

The third floor serves as a transitional level: its southern section is dedicated to a padel and squash court, while the remaining area marks the first residential level of the five towers. Each tower includes five one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment, all featuring terraces with views of the park’s open terrace.

Residential Area

From the third to the seventh floor, all five residential towers feature identical layouts: each floor includes five one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment, all with perimeter terraces.

Residential Area

From the eighth to the twenty-fourth floor, the towers maintain their architectural character with a slightly modified layout: each floor features two two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments, offering spacious living and panoramic views of Lake Vaya and Burgas Bay.

Heating is provided through climate control systems, ensuring comfort in all rooms.
Access between floors is provided by elevators and stairwells that are naturally lit thanks to large facade glazing. All entrance and communication spaces are designed in accordance with accessibility regulations, including for people with reduced mobility.

The complex is situated in a promising urban area with quick access to downtown Burgas and key arterial roads.
The location provides both seclusion and connectivity – away from the noise but close to the heart of the city.
